MINUTES
Date: 3/31/2011
Present: Kip Lockart, Delisse Locher, Gerri Maguda, Joe Manes,
Elinor Carbone, Gerry Zordon, Tom Gritt, Jerry Rollett
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing AFSCME City Hall Grievance #11-01.
Additional notes: Union Steward presented testimony and copies of grievance documents, including copies of 2004 grievance document. City presented testimony and a copy of hand-written notes taken by Jerry Rollett dated 1/8/2004 documenting his discussion with union representatives Gerri Maguda and Joe Manes during a meeting regarding the 2004 grievance.
A motion to adjourn was made by Elinor Carbone, seconded by Gerry Zordon.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
